Getting Started

First Launch

On first launch, the app will fetch the latest gold price. To enable live price updates:

1. Tap the Settings tab (gear icon)
2. Enter your API key
3. Tap Save

Currency & Units

In Settings, you can choose:

• Currency: GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, JPY, INR
• Unit: troy ounces (toz), kilograms (kg), grams (g)

Adding Items

1. Tap the Add tab (plus icon)
2. Enter the item details:
   • Code (e.g., “1oz Gold Bar”)
   • Weight
   • Purchase Price
   • Premium over spot
3. Optionally add a photo
4. Tap Add to Stack

Viewing Your Stack

The Stack tab shows all your gold items with:

• Total portfolio value
• Total weight
• Individual item details

Price Charts

The Charts tab displays:

• Historical gold price data
• Price trends over time
• Daily changes

Data

All data is stored locally on your device in a SQLite database. Uninstalling the app will delete all stored data.

Requirements

• iOS 13+ or Android 8+ (API 26+)
